FREE Haircuts at JCPenney Salons for Kiddos

I received this lovely email today announcing that JCPenney will be giving away a free haircut to kids, K-6th grade during the month of August.  JCP Reward members are the firs to find out!  

Find your Local JCPenny Salon HERE and then call the JCPenney Salon today to set up an appointment.
